Vox Anima London presents its debut concert at London's iconic Barbican with an outstanding line-up of singers, composers and conductors.  Barnaby Smith will conduct an international festival choir alongside VOCES8, with repertoire to include the music of composer-in-residence, Dan Forrest.  Returning guest conductor, Irene Messoloras, will be on the podium leading music by composer-in-residence, Ola Gjeilo.

Please be advised that the airfare quoted in the package is an ESTIMATE based on current industry standards.  The group airfare will be available to book in August 2025.  If there is a price difference, an adjustment will be made to the package price.

All transportation in London will be via the Public Tub, Bus or walking.  Please plan on bringing comfortable walking shoes and rain gear.  Private Buses will only be used for transportation to and from the airport in London and the Day trip to Dover.  

Group will depart on an overnight flight from Memphis to London, UK.  Please note that the seats will be blocked in Economy Class with no option to upgrade or change seats.  Transportation to and from the airport in Memphis is not included.  The airfare that is included in this quote is an estimate.  The actual airfare will not be available to quote until August 2025.  Price is subject to change.

Upon arrival in London, you will be transported via Private Coach to your London Hotel.  After Check-In and a brief Orientation,  you will embark on a walking tour (further details will be provide once the air travel schedule is determined.

All performers must keep the entire day free today for Dress Rehearsal.  Exact times will be determined approximately 60 days prior to the concert date.

Today you will tour the medieval Tower of London.  The castle and fortress is 900 years old and is notable for housing the Crown Jewels and for housing many famous and infamous prisoners.  You will have free time to explore the Tower and the Crown Jewels.

The afternoon will included a river boat journey from the Tower of London to Greenwich.   Known for it's maritime history, Greenwich is home to the Cutty Sark, a restored 19th century ship, the huge Maritime Museum and the classical buildings of the Old Royal Naval College.  Greenwich Market offers a variety of stalls for purchasing gifts as well as treats!  Greenwich is also the home to the Royal Observatory, the site of the Greenwich meridian line.  *Admission tickets to the Cutty Sark and Royal Observatory are not included.
